Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Loch Lomond, this exceptional project is one of the most ambitious and rewarding commissions we have delivered to date. Designed by award-winning architect Tony Kettle of Kettle Collective, the works involved the complete transformation of an existing holiday residence, including extensive renovations and the construction of a striking contemporary wraparound extension. Collaborating closely with the architect, design team and our London-based clients, the project required the highest standards of craftsmanship, precision and communication throughout. The completed home is a testament to exceptional design, meticulous execution and the unique beauty of its remarkable setting.

West End Project

This West End Project was a full-scale renovation of a Victorian city-centre apartment for our client, Justine, who came to us via recommendation. The property was stripped back to shell condition before undergoing a complete transformation, including internal structural alterations, full rewiring, new kitchen and bathrooms, floors and a complete interior refurbishment throughout. The result is a beautifully restored contemporary home that retains the character of the original Victorian property.

Dean and his team worked tirelessly to deliver a great project. The commitment to quality was foremost in their minds as they crafted our minimalist garden room-which was no easy task.

Less is more’ Minimalism demands attention to detail and that is apparent in the end result thanks to Dean and the team thinking through the best way to achieve each detail.

The process of building can be stressful, but the team considered the phasing of works to avoid disturbance and minimise disruption. As an architect I know I am a demanding client, but it worked well as Dean sets high standards for his own team and everyone had the same goal.
